Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking a service with Auzera, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “Auzera” refers to Auzera Cleaning & Gardening Services.

  • “You”, “Your”, “Client” refers to the person or entity engaging our services.

  • “Services” means cleaning, gardening, maintenance, and any other service provided by us.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made via our website, phone, email, or other approved channels.

  • Minimum booking durations may apply depending on the service type.

  • Availability is subject to scheduling and resource constraints.

We collect this information so we can provide safe, high-quality support services to meet your individual needs.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be inclusive or exclusive of GST (as stated).

  • Invoices must be paid within the terms stated (typically within 7 days of service delivery).

  • We reserve the right to apply late fees for overdue payments.

  • NDIS participants must have the correct plan management type and approval for services before booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a service.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may be charged at full service fee.

5. Access to Property

  • You must ensure safe and timely access to the property for the scheduled service.

  • If access is not granted, the booking may be cancelled and cancellation fees may apply.

6. Health & Safety

  • Our team adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols.

  • You agree to provide a safe working environment, free from hazards, aggressive pets, or threatening behaviour.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw services if a staff member feels unsafe.

7. Damages & Liability

We take great care in delivering services but are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service delivery.

8. Service Limitations

  • We do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials (e.g. asbestos, human waste) unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

  • Deep stains, infestations, or structural damage may require specialist attention outside our standard scope.

9. NDIS Clients

  • NDIS-funded services must align with the participant’s approved support plan.

  • Any changes in plan management or participant status must be communicated promptly.

  • Service reports or invoices can be provided on request for plan management purposes.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Staff are trained to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver services due to causes beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, public health emergencies, transport strikes).

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
